Two Dans, Two Titles at the North West Open

STOP PRESS Dan Tristao won his 8th North West Open Singles title, beating his doubles partner Dan Grant in the final. Together, the two Dans sucessfully defended the Doubles title which they first won last year. It took three games, and Charlie Brooks & Ollie Arnold had two match points at 10-9 in the third. The Dans eventually won by 12-10 when Ollie was deemed to have served into himself. Each has now won this title 4 times: Dan Grant previously twice with Will Ellison. and Dan Tristao once with Will Ellison and once with Ed Kay.

Dave Butler won the Singles Plate in a round robin format; Louise Mathias & Richie Murby won all their matches in a five-pair Doubles Plate.
