Change at the Top!
History was made at this year’s RFA Annual General Meeting with the election of the first woman President in the RFA’s nearly 100 year history. Julie McIntyre has now taken over the role from the retiring President of the last two years, David Parlby. We also welcomed a new Deputy President of the Association, Andy Passey. For those of you who have been players and members for some time, neither Julie or Andy will need any introduction, but if you haven’t met them before, have a look at their personal statements in the “About Us” section. Unusually, both originally learned their Fives on Winchester courts, Julie at Bradfield College and Andy at Malvern College.
