Derby Moor Fives Club will hold its annual invitation tournament – the final event of the 2025/26 season – on Sunday 28th June. All players are welcome to come along and play. We have a maximum entry of 32 players so first to respond will secure a place. For those who have not played before we use a format similar to the President’s Cup. Top and medium-ranked players will be paired together. Lower ranked players will be paired. In the first round all pairs mix together with an expectation that eight lower-ranked pairs will migrate to a plate of two round robins with semis and finals. Top and middle ranked players will migrate forward in a knock out style draw leading to semis and finals. Those dropping out of round two will have an opportunity to compete for a second plate if time permits.
