In the end Dave and Lewis played the runners-up, Richard Guthrie & Rob Walton, in the round robin and in the final, after Richard and Rob had won the match of the day, a 3-gamer against Ian Purvis & Nick Whitney in their semi-final. Former winner John Minta paired up with Simon Maskell to win the Plate at the expense of Ben Hale & Jez Sinton.
