The Activator Coach Award is not a course as such, however among the criteria for gaining the Award is that the successful candidates are acquainted with what is here on The RFA website.
The idea is that this is meant to be an internal award so, for example, a qualified teacher would act as “trainer” for other members of staff at his school, who will receive a certificate and t-shirt on successful completion. The leaflet on the coaching section of the website gives an idea of the anticipated process.
