The quirky Winchester game is back, but who will adapt to the buttress best and win the famous Barnes Bridge trophy – being played for this year at its most northerly venue, Sedbergh.
Entries are now being taken for the event, which this year will be held on March 15. There will be a meal on the Saturday night in Sedbergh for those interested, and there is the possibility of reduced-rate accommodation – if you need it (or just want further details of the tournament), please send an email to organiser Harry Akerman.
