Andrew Boyd

Andrew Boyd is a right-hander who learned his Fives at The Edinburgh Academy. While there Andrew twice won the Edinburgh Schools Singles and Doubles title, playing in the latter with friend and rival, Ben Jourdan, and in 2016 he won the National Schools Open Singles at St Paul’s School. Andrew then represented Cambridge University twice in the Varsity Match, and subsequently moved on to Edinburgh University to pursue further studies. In 2021 Andrew won the inaugural Durham University Challenger Singles Tournament, followed by the British Universities Singles and Doubles (with Ben Jourdan) titles, a competition Andrew Andrew now co-organises with Ben.
