Michael Suddaby

Michael started to play Fives at Rugby School and went on to captain the Durham University Fives Club in the 2020-2021 season. In July 2021 he organised the very successful inaugural Durham University Challenger Tournament. Not surprisingly his favourite courts are the Durham ones — in the summer! His best memory is winning both the Singles Plate and the Doubles Plate (with his good friend Douglas Law) at the Yorkshire Open in 2019. And like many other players his favourite event is the annual Jesters Tour to Edinburgh. Michael currently plays his Fives in Manchester. [November 2023]
