Savanna Leboff

Savanna Leboff

Savanna was introduced to Fives at Cambridge and soon fell in love with the game. Playing with the men’s and women’s squads on the superb new University courts she quickly developed her skills and was selected for the Women’s Varsity Match in 2020 and was elected captain in 2021, playing in winning sides on both occasions. In December 2021 Savanna reached the Singles semi-final of the Ladies’ U23 Championships and to her delight won the Doubles title with Holly Nugent. In her first appearance in the Ladies National Championships in January 2022 Savanna won the Doubles Plate with Viola King Forbes. The next success was to reach the final of the National Rugby Fives Mixed Doubles at Alleyn’s with Emrys Thursfield, then winning the Ladies Winchester Doubles with Louise Mathias in 2023. Despite her familiarity with the facilities at Cambridge her favourite courts are actually those at St Paul’s School. [November 2023]
