Rugby Fives Association
July 2022

The Rugby Fives Association is delighted to publish the end-of-season Women’s Rankings, as kindly compiled by Chris Burrows. They are based on all ranking events going back to the beginning of 2019 so as to take account of the pandemic. Both Rugby Fives and Winchester FIves events are included in these rankings.

The Big Four of Louise Mathias, Martha Nugent, Shinan Zhang and Camille Beattie remain dominant in both Singles and Doubles. There is just the one big jump, made by Helena Tunks, who comes into the Top Ten at Number 8 in the Singles, reflecting her silver medal in the Ladies Winchester Fives Championships at Malvern College in June.

Listed below are the Top Twenty in Singles and Doubles.

In all there are 77 women ranked in Singles and 78 in Doubles. Full rankings can be viewed on the RFA website at  https://therfa.uk/rankings/
