Winchester Fives Championship
Malvern College, Worcestershire, Sunday March 13th
Organiser Harry Akerman has now published the entry forms and details for the 2016 Winchester Fives Championship (current holders Dan Grant and Dan Tristao pictured above, with the famous Barnes Bridge trophy). At the moment, the tournament is scheduled to take place at Malvern College, but because of a leaking roof, the event may have to move to Bradfield, who have kindly agreed to be on standby in case of bad weather. A final decision on the venue will be taken on the Wednesday or Thursday before the tournament.
Harry is now accepting entries from pairs, with a closing date of Sunday March 6th. Given the potential last-minute change of venue, players are encouraged to pass on their email addresses and mobile phone number to the organiser.
