Stop Press Ed Kay won his third Singles title of the season, beating Julian Aquilina in the final. Aquilina had beaten National U18 Champion Freddie Hammond Giles from St Paul’s School in the semi-final, who had upset seeding in beating top ten player Lewis Keates in their quarter-final. In the Plate, run in four groups for all early round losers, Gwydion Wiseman won his second plate of the season in beating organiser Penn Chai 16-15 in a predictably close contest.

In a small entry of 10 pairs defending champions Charlie Brooks & Dan Tristao duly retained their title against Ed Kay & Theo Parker in an all-Pauline final. A five-pair Plate competition was won by Penn Chai & Terry McElvaney, who won all four of their matches in a round robin.
