West of England Championships

Organiser Ollie Arnold is now accepting entries for this year’s West of England Open Championships through a dedicated website. Here, as well as entering the championships, players will also be able to find out everything they need to know about the event and see the singles and doubles draws when they’re published in due course.
As last year, the competitions will be played at Sherborne School in Dorset over the weekend of October 22nd/23rd, using the Wiseman ball. The singles championship will be played on the Saturday, with the singles final and doubles championship to be played on the Sunday. Singles and doubles plate competitions will also be run for those knocked out in the first round, with the format to be decided on the day.
Entry costs £10 per person in each tournament (£5 for students) and school-age competitors can enter for free. Card payment will be accepted at the courts on the day.
